How long will it take to receive my product?

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days and shipping out accordingly to the customers shipping preference. Shipping may take about 3-10 business days depending on the shipping carrier. Once the package has left our facility and in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver at their delivery time. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order on USPS. If you have any questions about your order, please contact support@shopmomeo.com.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept any returns at the moment. However if the item was delivered damaged, you received the wrong size due to it being our fault, please contact at support@shopmomeo.com so that we can make sure the problem is rectified and we will process your exchange.

How long will it take to receive my exchange?

Once your item is sent back and inspected, you should receive an exchange within 5 business days from the time it's arrived to our facility.

What do I do if I am missing my package?

If you purchased ROUTE insurance, you must file a claim with ROUTE. If you did not purchase ROUTE insurance at check out, you must file a missing/lost package report with USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
